Ryan Siegel
Coach Siegel returns for his second season coaching the 10u team. Ryan also coached the 14u team last year, was previously the President of Keizer Little League and coached softball through Keizer LL for several years.
Ryan believes it is his job as coach to help the girls have fun, learn the game, teach good sportsmanship and team play - all of which results in positive life lessons. He is not a coach to yell or scream at players for making mistakes. Instead he believes in correcting the mistake in a positive way. Ryan believes the best way for the girls to learn to the best of their abilities is to have brief verbal instruction and high volumes of repetitions to practice the correct method.
